Job Description
- Assist with daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Help prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct basic financial analysis and prepare summary reports
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Perform ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, UBS) is an added advantage
- Able to read and write in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and sensitive with numbers
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
