About the Role

We're on the lookout for a creative and trend-savvy Graphic Designer to join our growing F&B group! If you've got a sharp eye for design, love bringing ideas to life visually and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment — this role is for you. Experience in the food & beverage industry is a big plus, but what matters most is your passion for great design and fresh ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create marketing collaterals for all business units, including menus, flyers, banners, EDMs, posters and membership cards
• Ensure all design work is delivered on schedule and meets required specifications and design standards
• Support photography and videography for company products, services and promotional activities
• Liaise with printing/production suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations and ensure quality control and compliance with production specs
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage and update social media content
• Take on other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant design experience (F&B industry experience is a strong plus)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office
• Experience using AI-powered design tools for image generation, content creation or video editing
• Sharp eye for aesthetics, a creative mindset and strong awareness of design trends
• Excellent time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects at once
• Independent, meticulous, organized, and consistent in meeting deadlines
• Strong team player with great communication skills, able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
