Job Description

  • Drive the company’s recruitment efforts by sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and welcoming new talents into the team.
  • Prepare competitive salary proposals and salary adjustments to attract and retain top-performing employees.
  • Support and enhance HR operations, policies, and procedures to create a smooth and positive employee experience.
  • Manage employee movements including promotions, confirmations, transfers, salary revisions, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate and support performance appraisal activities to encourage employee growth and career development.
  • Build strong employee relationships by providing timely HR support, guidance, and solutions.
  • Work closely with different departments to support daily HR operations and people-related initiatives.
  • Take initiative in handling ad-hoc HR projects and assignments as delegated by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Strong passion for Human Resources with good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect well with people at all levels.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Independent, resourceful, and highly dependable with strong integrity and professionalism.
  • Well-organized with strong multitasking abilities and great attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team player mindset.
