10. Keep leveling up your skills through training and help train up the junior kitchen crew too

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years in the F&B kitchen scene – bonus points if you've got Chinese cuisine experience!
2. Mature vibe, positive energy – we love that
3. Self-starter with solid leadership chops – you take initiative and own it
4. Cool with working weekends and public holidays – it's the kitchen life, you know the drill
5. Mandarin speakers, come through! You'll be chatting with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers
