Job Description:

-Internship for Service Crew

·        Greet customers and direct them to a table.

·        Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required.

·        Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times.

·        Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis.

·        Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

·        Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.

OR

-Internship for Kitchen Crew

·        Food preparation according to specific standards.

·        Prepare sufficient ingredients for operation use.

·        Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen, cooking area, kitchen equipment/kitchenware.

·        Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

·        Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.


Job Requirements

  •  Currently pursuing a certificate, diploma, or equivalent in Hospitality, F&B, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Possess a friendly, service-oriented attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive mindset.
  • Meticulous with a strong commitment to maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
  • Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • For Kitchen Crew: basic culinary knowledge or interest in food preparation is an advantage.
  • For Service Crew: prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
