Job Description

 What You'll Be Doing

• Enter and update purchase orders, invoices and shipment records in our systems
• Keep inventory and supplier data accurate and up to date
• Maintain and update Excel trackers (orders, deliveries, vendor info, etc)
• Help organize and file supply chain documentation
• Track shipment statuses and flag any delays or issues
• Support the team with basic report formatting

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying or recently graduated (any major welcome — Business/Supply Chain a plus)
• Comfortable with Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering data entry)
• Detail-oriented — numbers and accuracy matter to you
• Organized and okay with repetitive tasks
• Good communication and a positive attitude
• No experience needed — we'll train you!
