Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure guests’ needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
  2. Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism.
  3. Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
  4. Resolve all potential service failure issues.
  5. Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP & SOC are applied on daily basis
  6. Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
  7. Attend meetings and briefings
  8. Submit monthly paperwork to and requisite forms from respective departments.
  9. Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.
  2. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

(In order to attend to Mandarin and English speaking guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.)

  1. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with guests.
  2. Basic competency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  3. Possess good initiative and leadership skills.
