Role Description

As a core backend developer, you will participate in building high-concurrency communication systems and future Web3-related services. A deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database fundamentals is required.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop core backend business logic primarily using Python.
• Design and optimize database schemas (e.g., PostgreSQL) to ensure high performance under large data volumes.
• Deeply research and extend the Matrix communication protocol, resolving performance bottlenecks and adding new features.
• Participate in system architecture design to ensure high availability and security.
• Learn and participate in Web3 smart contract and decentralized application development.

Requirements

• Experience:
  Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of backend development experience are welcome to apply. Internship experience, academic projects, or personal side projects will be considered a plus.
   
• Programming Language:
  Solid foundation in Python. Familiarity with at least one backend framework such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask. Basic understanding of asynchronous programming concepts (e.g., Asyncio) is preferred, but deep production experience is not required.
   
• Fundamentals:
  Good understanding of data structures, basic algorithms, and backend fundamentals. Familiar with basic concepts of HTTP, APIs, and databases.
   
• Learning Ability:
  Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies, frameworks, and system architectures quickly.
   
• Mindset:
  Detail-oriented, responsible, and curious. Cares about code quality and is eager to grow into a professional backend engineer.
   
• Bonus (Not Required):
  Exposure to PostgreSQL, real-world backend projects, or interest in Web3 / blockchain technologies is a plus.
