Skywalker (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. is a licensed Malaysia My Second Home consultancy. In simple terms, we help people from all over the world make Malaysia their new home. Every day we work with clients from different countries and cultures, so our office is truly international.
We are growing, and we are looking for an Operations & Administration Executive to join our team at Plaza Conlay, Kuala Lumpur.

Your Day-to-Day
- Welcome clients and guests and help them feel comfortable
- Keep the office running smoothly and looking tidy
- Manage office supplies, pantry, equipment, and maintenance
- Work with building management, vendors, and service providers
- Handle emails, phone calls, couriers, and deliveries
- Organize and keep company documents in order
- Support the management team with admin tasks
- Help with meetings, office logistics, and daily coordination

Job Requirements
- Good Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — you will speak with international clients daily
- A Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or similar is a plus (not a must)
- Good organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- A positive, proactive, and careful attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Any experience in admin, operations, customer service, or hospitality is a bonus
- Fresh graduates are welcome — we will teach you the rest
