Role Description
We are looking for a technically proficient Product Manager. You will act as the translator between technical teams and business requirements, assisting the CTO in managing development progress. Strong documentation skills and logical thinking are essential to transform vague ideas into precise engineering language.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist the CTO in refining product requirements and defining the product roadmap.
- Write high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), flowcharts, and prototypes.
- Read and understand complex technical documentation (e.g., API specs, protocol standards) and help break down development tasks.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate frontend, backend, and QA resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain internal technical knowledge bases and product documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a IT Product Manager; must have a technical background (computer science or prior development experience).
- Capabilities: Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity; able to independently draw complex business flowcharts (UML / Flowcharts).
- Documentation Skills: Excellent writing and structuring skills — documentation must be clear, precise, and unambiguous to developers.
- Personal Traits: Exceptional learning ability (core requirement). Able to quickly understand unfamiliar technical concepts. Highly proactive — not just a messenger, but a project driver.
