Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

Product Strategy & Market Analysis

  • Support the development and execution of product category strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify market opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support business growth.
  • Develop product positioning, key selling points, and value propositions for target audiences.

Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end product launches and launch timelines across departments.
  • Prepare product presentations, launch kits, sales tools, training materials, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with headquarters, suppliers, and factory teams on product specifications, forecasting, and launch planning.
  • Support sales teams with product knowledge, product training, and launch activities.

Pricing & Promotion Management

  • Monitor competitor pricing, market conditions, and category performance.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies, margin analysis, and promotional plans.
  • Support retail, dealer, and channel marketing activities to drive product sales and market penetration.
  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Product Content & Marketing Support

  • Develop and maintain product catalogues, brochures, specification sheets, product visuals, and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with designers, agencies, and marketing teams to produce impactful product content.
  • Ensure all product communications align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Product Performance & Lifecycle Management

  • Monitor product sales performance, sell-in and sell-through data, and inventory levels.
  • Analyze product performance and recommend actions to improve sales and profitability.
  • Support product lifecycle management, including product launches, growth initiatives, and end-of-life planning.
  • Propose bundling, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize product performance.

Administration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage marketing samples, demo units, and product inventory for campaigns and events.
  • Prepare monthly reports, business reviews, and product performance presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
  • Support marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and other business activities when required.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, Consumer Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Brand Management, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and product performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Added Advantage

  • Experience launching consumer products or managing product portfolios.
  • Familiarity with retail channel management and dealer networks.
  • Experience working with regional teams, factories, or international stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and category management principles.
