Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Take and process drink orders efficiently.
  • Managing the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, cost control, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and well-stocked bar with ingredients and supplies.
  • Support the restaurant event or promotions with supplier’s sponsorship negotiations.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
  • To establish and maintain SOP for the Bar areas.
  • Training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
  • Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to provide a seamless dining and drinking experience.
  • Stay updated on current beverage trends and promotions.
  • Contribute to a lively and memorable atmosphere, making each visit a unique experience for patrons.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • No specific educational background requirements.
  • Proficiency in the English language is necessary.
  • Experience in working in fine dining with wine knowledge is a plus.
  • Candidates should possess a charismatic personality that contributes to the lively and welcoming atmosphere of the bar.
