What You'll Be Doing

As an Operations Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business, including:

• Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders. 
• Coordinate order packing, shipment arrangements, and delivery tracking. 
• Support inventory management, stock counting, and stock replenishment. 
• Update product information and inventory records in the e-commerce system. 
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations. 
• Assist in preparing operational reports and data entry. 
• Handle general administrative tasks and documentation. 
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Retail Management, or related fields. 
• Internship duration of at least 3 months (mandatory). 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask. 
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. 
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
