Job Description

 As an Operation Executive you will oversee and manage all aspects of the outlets in the Food & Beverages industry. You will lead a team of selected outlets and your role will involve training, operational planning, and customer service excellence.

• Responsible for overseeing the outlet's overall operations and sales, including sales, customer service, staff recruitment, training and development, and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and maintain consistent operations across all store locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise as needed, and coordinate with the purchasing department for inventory management.
• Provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth among team members
• Convey sales targets and performance goals for the retail team, guiding them to achieve or exceed these targets
• Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with the retail team to create appealing menu displays that attract and engage customers.
• Coordinate with departments to get better results on each branding needs.
• Ensure compliance with government & company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in management/admin/business or relevant field.
• Preferable 1 years of proven experience in retail or food/beverage industry
• Fresh graduate is welcome.
• Great commercial awareness and outstanding interpersonal attitude
• Potential in organizing and leadership qualities
• Good written and spoken English, Bahasa & Mandarin
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
• Poses own transportation
• Malaysian citizen only
