Job Responsibilities

As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for:

• Welcome and greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude. 
• Take customers' orders accurately and recommend menu items when appropriate. 
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring excellent customer service. 
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, tidy and ready for guests. 
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally. 
• Process billing and cashiering duties when assigned. 
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies. 
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant. 
• Work closely with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. 
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent. 
• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not required. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts. 
• Responsible, punctual and a team player.
