Job Description Provide first level support for SLB's global network infrastructure. Roles and Responsibilities: Remotely monitoring and reacting to infrastructure monitoring events utilizing the incident management tools. Working with 4 Shify Leaders of the Enterprise Management Center (EMC). Working with IT personnel of all levels within SLB. Adhering to all standard of confidentiality and security. Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents per documented procedures. Updating Incident log for toubleshooting. Prioritize incident and customer request. Report adverse customer conditions to the EMC Shift Lead for evaluation or escalation. Identify incorrect information on documents within the Network Operations Center (NOC) and assist on maintaining information integrity. Follow business support strategy and direction. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, or IT. Majoring in Networking is preferred. Have strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to work closely with a team of dedicated individuals. Analytically minded with excellent problem-solving skills. Computer and networking hardware knowledge required. Basic IP network protocols knowledge required. Certification on Cisco CCNA or Cloud is a plus. SLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
