THE PERFECT FIT :
- Assist guests on check-in and check-out
- Assist walk in guest in making bookings
- Answering and responding to guest/tenant enquiries on chat and calls
- Assisting guests and troubleshooting the issues they face during their stay
- Communicating with guests regarding check in, bookings related matter and etc
- Administration
- Rooms audit after housekeeping to ensure all rooms are ready for check-in.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigns by superior.
Advantages:
- Experience in customer service/sales/telemarketing/frontdesk/receptionist
- Multilingual in Eng, Bahasa
Working location & hours:
- Kelana Jaya
- 9 hrs shift with 1 hour break (between 10am-10pm)
- 6 working days
- Expect busiest during weekends and public holidays
