Job Description

We’re looking for passionate Business Administration / Marketing students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, product marketing, and online campaign planning. 

📍 Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor (5-8 mins walk to MRT Serdang Raya Selatan)

This is an on-site internship in Seri Kembangan, Selangor; Only candidates who are currently based nearby or able to commute daily to our office will be shortlisted.

📅 Duration: 3months & Above | 🕘 Working Days: Monday–Friday

💵 Allowance: RM 1,000 - 1,200 / month

The intern will support daily e-commerce store operations, product marketing and online campaign planning for Shopee and TikTok Shop, working closely with the team to manage listings, create social media content, and monitor campaign performance.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product uploads and listing management on Shopee and TikTok Shop (titles, descriptions, pricing, images).
• Support marketing and campaign planning, including brainstorming ideas.
• Shoot and edit social media content or product posts to boost engagement and visibility.
• Monitor sales performance and campaign results; provide feedback or improvement ideas.

Qualifications & Other Details

• Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Comm, E-Commerce or related fields.
• Passionate about online business, marketing, and creative product presentation.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Canva, or similar tools are a plus).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Important Language Requirement

• Candidates must be able to understand and prepare Bahasa Malaysia content for product videos, captions, text-on-screen, and customer-facing product explanations. Candidates not confident in Bahasa Malaysia may not be suitable.

Skills
