Job Description
We are looking for an intern to support our e-commerce product listing and TikTok Live product introduction.
This role is suitable for students who are interested in online selling, TikTok Shop, product content, marketplace operations, and live commerce. You do not need to be an aggressive live host. The main focus is to learn our products, assist with product listings, and introduce products clearly during simple live sessions.
Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Nearby MRT: Serdang Raya Selatan, around 5–8 minutes walking distance
Internship Allowance: RM800–RM1,000 per month, depending on skill and suitability
Job Scope:
- Assist with product listing updates on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplaces
- Help prepare product photos, descriptions, variations, and product information
- Learn product features, prices, selling points, and customer questions
- Assist in preparing products before TikTok Live sessions
- Support simple product introduction during live events
- Help pin products, arrange samples, check comments, and support the live flow
- Assist with simple product content, photos, and short videos
- Record customer questions and feedback for future content improvement

Requirements:
- Students from Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Multimedia, E-commerce, or related courses are welcome
- Interested in e-commerce, TikTok Shop, and online selling
- Comfortable speaking in front of phone camera after training
- Responsible, careful, and willing to learn
- Able to work on-site in Seri Kembangan
- Basic Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Shopee, or TikTok Shop knowledge is an advantage
- Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia clearly
