Job Description

We are looking for 3 internship students to join our e-commerce content team and TikTok Live product introduction.

This role is suitable for students who are interested in TikTok content, short-form video, CapCut editing, product content, e-commerce, and Live Hosting. You will be involved in creating practical product content for TikTok, Shopee, and other online platforms.

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This is an onsite internship.

Nearby MRT: Serdang Raya Selatan, around 5–8 minutes walking distance

Internship Allowance: RM1,000–RM1,200 per month, depending on skill and suitability 

Job Scope:

• Assist in planning and creating short-form product videos for TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms
• Help shoot simple product videos using phone or camera
• Edit videos using CapCut or other editing tools
• Prepare simple captions, text-on-screen, video covers, and product explanation content
• Assist in product photography, product styling, and basic Canva design
• Support marketplace content such as product images, listing visuals, product descriptions, and campaign visuals
• Research TikTok trends, competitor content, and customer feedback
• Assist in simple product demonstration or appear in product videos when required
• Produce campaign banners for tiktok and shopee store
• Support AI-assisted creative work such as visual reference planning, simple prompts, and content ideas
• Assist with other content, marketing, and e-commerce tasks when required

Important Language Requirement

• Our TikTok and e-commerce content is mainly targeted at the Malaysia market. Therefore, candidates must be able to understand and prepare Bahasa Malaysia content for product videos, captions, text-on-screen, and customer-facing product explanations.
• Candidates who are not confident in Bahasa Malaysia may not be suitable for this role.

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields
• Interested in TikTok, short-form videos, product content, and e-commerce
• Able to understand and write Bahasa Malaysia for TikTok captions, text-on-screen, and product explanations
• Comfortable creating content for the Malaysia market
• Basic CapCut, Canva, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or video editing knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to learn product knowledge and follow company content guidelines
• Able to work on-site in Seri Kembangan
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable appearing in simple product videos when required
• Portfolio, TikTok account, Instagram Reel, CapCut video, or sample content will be an advantage
