Job Description

We’re looking for passionate Business Administration / Marketing students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, product marketing, and online campaign planning. 

📍 Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor (5-8 mins walk to MRT Serdang Raya Selatan)

This is an on-site internship in Seri Kembangan, Selangor; Only candidates who are currently based nearby or able to commute daily to our office will be shortlisted.

📅 Duration: 3months & Above | 🕘 Working Days: Monday–Friday

💵 Allowance: RM 800-1,000 / month

You’ll work closely with our experienced team to support daily store activities and help plan exciting online campaigns.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product uploads and listing management on Shopee and TikTok Shop (titles, descriptions, pricing, images).
• Support marketing and campaign planning, including brainstorming ideas.
• Coordinate and schedule social media content or product posts to boost engagement and visibility.
• Monitor sales performance and campaign results, provide feedback or improvement ideas.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Comm, E-Commerce or related fields.
• Passionate about online business, marketing, and creative product presentation.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Canva, or similar tools are a plus).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• This role requires understanding for the Malaysia market. Candidates must be able to understand and write simple Bahasa Malaysia for product text, captions, and live/product explanation.
