About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and organized Community Executive to support the growth and engagement of our online/offline community across platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. You will play an active role in managing conversations, moderating content, supporting campaigns, and ensuring a positive experience for our community members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate online community groups across multiple platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and community posts in a timely, friendly manner.
• Post engaging content and support community-driven initiatives.
• Monitor group activity, resolve community issues, and escalate when needed.
• Assist in developing small-scale engagement strategies, such as mini-campaigns or contests.
• Report on community trends, sentiment, and engagement metrics.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience (up to 1–2 years) in social media, community, or customer engagement is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a people-first mindset.
• Familiar with social media tools and basic community analytics.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
