About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Community Intern to help us build, engage,

and manage our community across WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. You’ll play a key

role in fostering connections, encouraging discussions, and creating a vibrant and loyal

community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate community groups on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Engage with customers by responding to questions, encouraging conversation, and sharing relevant updates and offers.
• Monitor group activity and flag or resolve any issues related to spam, questions, or concerns.
• Help post interactive content.
• Track community sentiment and collect feedback from community members.
• Assist in planning and executing mini-campaigns or contests to boost engagement.

• Minimum Diploma in any related field.
• Must have your own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
• Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Active on social media, especially WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, and Instagram.
• Passionate about building online communities and connecting with people.
