Job Description

Position Summary:

As an Indoor Sales & Service Coordinator at Smart Instruments, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating sales and service activities, building long-term relationships with our valued customers. 

Your responsibilities will include:

1) Sales Inquiry Management

  • Proactively follow up with existing and new leads generated through sales channels.
  • Maintain a close monitoring system for potential leads, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions.
  • Prioritize and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

2) Service Inquiry Management

  • Attend customer inquiries and service needs professionally and timely.
  • Monitor and manage service activities closely.

3) Administrative and Operations Support

  • Prepare quotations.
  • Process purchase orders and sales orders.

Job Requirements

What You Need to Have to Be Successful in This Role:

  • At least a diploma or higher in a business, marketing, or sales related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Proven experience in an indoor sales and service role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
