Company Overview

Position Summary:
As an Indoor Sales &amp; Service Coordinator at Smart Instruments, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating sales and service activities, building long-term relationships with our valued customers.&nbsp;

Your responsibilities will include:
1) Sales Inquiry Management
<ul>
<li>Proactively follow up with existing and new leads generated through sales channels.</li>
<li>Maintain a close monitoring system for potential leads, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions.</li>
<li>Prioritize and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.</li>
</ul>

2) Service Inquiry Management
<ul>
<li>Attend customer inquiries and service needs professionally and timely.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage service activities closely.</li>
</ul>

3) Administrative and Operations Support
<ul>
<li>Prepare quotations.</li>
<li>Process purchase orders and sales orders.</li>
</ul>
