Job Description
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Preparing relevant documentation such as user guides, IT requests, and quotations
- Writing, modifying, and testing code and scripts on the CMS system
- Maintaining and managing all software in the office, including CMS, HR, and Education systems
- Taking responsibility for the accuracy of data input into the system and analyzing the data
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Computer related studies
- Knowledge of PHP programming, HTML and JavaScript
- Self-motivated, highly committed, initiative and result-oriented
- Must be a team player
- Able to meet strict datelines
- Shortlisted candidates are required to present during interview any application, system or projects created
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
