Smartaxe Agency is looking for ambitious and motivated interns who want real-world exposure to financial services, entrepreneurship, recruitment, sales, and business development.

As an intern, you will work closely with agency leaders and gain hands-on experience in client servicing, recruitment campaigns, social media marketing, and business operations

1. Insurance & Financial Planning Intern

• Learn life insurance, takaful, and financial planning 
• Assist with client servicing 
• Support claims and underwriting follow-up 
• Exposure to sales and business development 

2. Recruitment & Agency Development Intern

• Talent sourcing 
• Interview coordination 
• Social media recruitment campaigns 
• Exposure to entrepreneurship and agency building 

3. Digital Marketing & Content Creator Intern

• Create TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram content 
• Edit videos (CapCut / DaVinci Resolve) 
• Assist with Smartaxe branding 
• Event coverage and vlogging 

4. AI & Business Automation Intern

• ChatGPT workflow creation 
• CRM and lead management 
• Recruitment automation 
• Data analysis and reporting

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree students from any field. 
• Internship period of at least 3 months. 
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, or social media platforms is an advantage. 
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. 

Preferred Qualities

• Interested in business, sales, marketing, recruitment, or entrepreneurship. 
• Comfortable communicating with people. 
• Active on social media platforms. 
• Willing to attend physical or online meetings and training sessions.
