<li>Handle bookkeeping entries, expense categorisation, AP/AR support, invoice tracking.</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly closing tasks.</li>
<li>Prepare basic reports/summary for clients (e.g., monthly status, missing documents list).</li>
<li>Communicate with clients professionally to request documents and provide updates.</li>
<li>Payroll entries</li>
</ul>
<h3>Business Admin &amp; Operations (40%)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate day-to-day business admin and operational tasks (tracking, documentation, follow-ups).</li>
<li>Support client onboarding/admin workflows (checklists, document collection, timelines).</li>
<li>Maintain and improve internal SOPs, templates, trackers, and shared folders (clean + audit-friendly).</li>
<li>Assist with billing trackers, basic reporting, and operational status updates.</li>
<li>Liaise across internal teams to unblock tasks and ensure deadlines are met.</li>
</ul>
<h3>General Administration (20%)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage office/admin documentation, filing, simple procurement and vendor coordination.</li>
