We are seeking a young, cheerful, optimistic and energetic Admin cum Personal Assistant to join us.&nbsp;
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Director in his daily schedule, general administrative work, liasing with government departments (where required) and executing marketing campaigns that promote our software products and drive sales. You will also provide administrative support to the office team on general matters.
In the near immediate future, the main job involves:

<li>Attention To Detail is a MUST. Making sure that all details are accurate and align with our brand standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with the director to manage his schedule, coordinate meetings and follow up on sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports.</li>
