We are seeking a motivated and creative Multimedia Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your design skills and contribute to a variety of projects ranging from marketing campaigns to brand development. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Design and develop creative multimedia content including graphics, videos, and animations for various marketing channels (social media, website, email campaigns, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Assist in creating engaging, original visuals for both internal and external communication.

Brand Development:

• Help maintain and evolve the visual identity of the company through consistent, innovative graphic design.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all multimedia materials reflect the brand’s voice and values.

Innovation & Experimentation:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
• Experiment with new design software and techniques to elevate our content creation process.
• Propose and implement innovative design solutions to improve audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Research & Analysis:

• Conduct research on design trends, competitor visuals, and creative strategies in the market.
• Analyze design performance data (e.g., engagement rates) and provide insights for improvement.

B) Background / Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and independently as needed.

C) Job-Related Skills Desired:

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, including social media and email marketing design.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of photography, illustration, or UX/UI design would be an advantage.

D) Personal Competence:

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive in driving creative projects.
• Passion for design, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn new skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines.

E) Compulsory Requirements:

• Must have own transportation.
• Willingness to travel.
• 5-day work week.
