The Opportunity: Are You Our AI-Powered Storyteller?

Are you fascinated by the intersection of human creativity and artificial intelligence? Do you spend your time experimenting with Midjourney, Runway, and ChatGPT instead of just scrolling through TikTok? We're looking for a trailblazer to join us as a Creative Technologist Intern and redefine how our brand tells stories using the power of generative AI. As our Creative Technologist Intern, you will be the driving force behind our AI-powered content initiatives. You will not just be executing tasks; you will be pioneering new methods of creation and engagement.

• Spearhead AI Content Strategy: Lead the conceptualization, development, and production of our TikTok content strategy, using a suite of generative AI tools for scriptwriting, video creation, visual asset generation, and audio production.
• Master Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and refine advanced prompt engineering techniques to create unique, on-brand, and viral-worthy content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape.
• Drive Data-Informed Creativity: Analyze content performance, audience engagement metrics, and AI tool effectiveness, translating raw data into actionable insights that shape our future digital marketing efforts. 
• Innovate and Experiment: Stay on the bleeding edge of AI technology, constantly researching and experimenting with new platforms, models, and workflows to maintain our position as an industry innovator.
• Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with the broader marketing team to integrate AI-generated content into larger campaigns, ensuring a cohesive, modern, and impactful brand voice across all channels.

• A Digital Storyteller: You have a natural instinct for narrative and a deep understanding of what makes content engaging, memorable, and shareable on short-form video platforms like TikTok.
• An AI Enthusiast: You have demonstrable, hands-on experience with one or more generative AI platforms. This could include video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Kling), image models (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo.AI, Stable Diffusion), or advanced language models (e.g., ChatGPT-4o, Claude 3). 
• A "Prompt Whisperer": You possess an intuitive grasp of how to communicate with AI models. You understand that the prompt is an art form and can craft nuanced instructions to achieve precise creative outcomes. 
• A Relentless Learner: You are a proactive self-starter with a genuine hunger for knowledge. The rapid evolution of AI excites you, and you are constantly seeking out new tools and techniques to expand your skillset. 
• A Creative Problem-Solver: You view technological limitations not as barriers but as creative challenges to be overcome through ingenuity and experimentation.

Job Requirements

Requirement

• Genuine interest in Ai, technology, logistics, and supply-chain topics. 
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel or Sheets for basic data tracking).
• Nice to Have: Basic video-editing skills in Veo 3, Runway, InVideo, CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush, or similar.
• Bonus:
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) or order/WMS/OMS systems.
• Exposure to inventory-management or ERP software.
   

Soft Skills

• Meticulous attention to detail; able to keep many small tasks organised.
• Clear communicator – strong written & verbal English (BM/Mandarin a plus).
• Problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and figuring things out without waiting to be told.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment; can juggle multiple mini-projects and re-prioritise quickly.
   

Collaboration & Mind-set

• Team player who can partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Warehouse teams, yet work independently when needed (you’ll often be a one-person content crew). 
• Customer-oriented: always thinking about how each TikTok ultimately helps prospects or existing clients.
   

Working Arrangement

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (flex for on-site shoots where required).
• Location: Office is 5-10 minutes’ walk from MRT TTDI Station (easy public-transport access).
• Hybrid option negotiable after onboarding.
