Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, clean, and cut ingredients, and cook and serve the dishes;
  • Follow standardized operating procedures to ensure the quality and efficiency of the products;
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and implement food safety regulations;
  • Sort the inventory and count the goods; 


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Age: Under 50 years old, gender not restricted;
  • Experience: Experience in a restaurant kitchen position is required, with experience in Chinese restaurants being preferred;
  • Personnel type: Malaysian Chinese and Malaysian ethnic group members (local personnel);
  • Appearance: Height not less than 150 cm, without obvious defects that affect work;
  • Language: Proficient in English communication, those who can speak Chinese will be given priority;
  • Other: Diligent, hardworking, open-minded and accepting
