Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on IT Hardware Technician with basic knowledge of computer hardware and a strong willingness to learn. The candidate will be involved in the full lifecycle of refurbished IT assets—from receiving and testing to repair, refurbishment, and order fulfillment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a variety of devices, solving technical problems, and developing practical repair skills across multiple hardware brands.

Job Requirements

• Receive, count, and record incoming IT stock (laptops, desktops, accessories)
• Perform basic to intermediate hardware testing and functionality checks
• Diagnose hardware issues and carry out troubleshooting
• Repair and replace faulty components (e.g. RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, screen, battery, etc.)
• Assist in upgrading device specifications based on requirements
• Prepare devices for resale including cleaning, testing, and quality checks
• Handle inventory audits and stock accuracy control
• Pack and prepare small and bulk orders for shipment
• Process warranty repairs and after-sales service returns
• Maintain proper documentation of testing, repairs, and stock status
• Follow company refurbishment standards and quality procedures
