Job Description

  • We are looking for an energetic and confident individual to become the face of our online stores. You will host livestreams on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other social commerce channels to engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and drive sales.
  • Besides hosting live sessions, you will also assist with creating short-form content, preparing products for live sessions, and helping grow our online presence.
  • This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, loves technology, and wants to build a career in the fast-growing e-commerce industry.

  

Key Responsibilities

Livestream Sales

  • Host engaging livestream sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Facebook Live and other platforms.
  • Introduce and demonstrate refurbished laptops, desktops, monitors and IT accessories.
  • Explain product specifications, grading, warranty and promotions clearly.
  • Answer customer questions confidently during live sessions.
  • Encourage viewers to purchase through interactive selling techniques.
  • Meet livestream sales targets and conversion goals.

Content Creation

  • Create short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
  • Assist in planning livestream topics and promotional campaigns.
  • Keep up with trending content ideas and social media trends.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve engagement.

Product Preparation

  • Understand product specifications before each livestream.
  • Prepare products, pricing and promotional materials.
  • Ensure products are clean, attractive and ready for presentation.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure stock availability.

Customer Engagement

  • Reply to customer enquiries during and after live sessions.
  • Build trust with viewers through honest product explanations.
  • Collect customer feedback and report common questions.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor livestream performance.
  • Suggest ideas to improve viewer engagement and sales.

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
  • Friendly, energetic and confident personality.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic knowledge of computers or technology is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Willing to learn livestream selling techniques.
  • Creative mindset and willing to try new ideas.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work evenings or weekends when livestream campaigns are scheduled.
  • Comfortable appearing in videos and social media content.
