Job Overview We are seeking an energetic, engaging Full-Time Live Stream Host to represent our refurbished IT brand across Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada daily. You will drive our daily live sales presence, responsible for livestream sales and viewer engagement. No deep tech background is required—your primary role is bringing high energy, building trust, and closing sales on camera. Prior hosting experience is a bonus, but we welcome confident candidates with a strong sales drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Live Streaming & Hosting: Host daily live sessions across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada adhering to scheduled broadcast hours.
• Selling Point Research: Continuously search for and discover key selling points, unique features, and practical user benefits for each item to create persuasive sales angles.
• Product Presentation: Present refurbished IT products (laptops, desktops, monitors) using product notes and research to clearly highlight value, specs, and physical condition.
• Sales & Conversions: Drive real-time sales by pitching flash deals, exclusive live vouchers, and limited-time bundles.
• Audience Engagement: Interact warmly with viewers, answer product questions, build rapport, and convert casual viewers into buyers.
• Stream Preparation: Collaborate with the team to review the daily stream rundown, featured items, and promotional offers before going live.
• Performance Tracking: Review post-stream metrics (viewer counts, engagement, sales) to continually improve hosting style and pitch strategy.

Job Requirements

• Sales Mindset: Natural sales ability with the confidence to pitch products, push promotions, and close deals live on air.
• Resourcefulness: Proactive in researching products independently to find creative and compelling selling points.
• Communication Skills: High energy, persuasive, charismatic, and fluent in spoken Malay and English
• Camera Presence: Confident, personable, and able to maintain strong enthusiasm for extended live broadcasts.
•  Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand and communicate product highlights provided by our team or found through simple research.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience as a Live Stream Host, Content Creator, Promoter, or Retail Salesperson is a plus 
• Punctuality & Discipline: Highly reliable regarding shift timings and broadcast schedules.
