Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Computer Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with computers and technology, has basic hardware knowledge, and is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Computer Hardware & Processing

• Inspect, test and diagnose laptops, desktops, monitors and other IT equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and hardware repairs.
• Replace or upgrade components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, batteries, keyboards, screens and other parts.
• Install operating systems, drivers and required software.
• Prepare refurbished computers according to company quality standards.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Count and verify incoming and outgoing stock.
• Label, record and organize IT assets accurately.
• Update inventory records and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure parts and equipment are stored systematically.

Order Fulfilment

• Prepare customer orders accurately.
• Perform final quality checks before delivery.
• Pack products securely for courier shipment or bulk delivery.
• Assist with loading and unloading stock when required.

Warranty & After Sales

• Diagnose warranty returns.
• Perform repairs or replacements where necessary.
• Record findings and update service records.

General Operations

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Assist other departments whenever required.
• Continuously learn new skills and adapt to new technologies.

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Able to identify common computer components.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Positive attitude with good work ethics.
• Hands-on and enjoys solving technical problems.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit to handle and move computer equipment.
• Experience in computer repair is an added advantage but not required.
