Job Description

Responsible for PCB depaneling operations and final assembly process support. Ensure product quality, process stability, and compliance with production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain PCB depaneling machines (router / V-cut / laser depaneling).
• Perform PCB separation according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Support final assembly (box build) processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
• Conduct first article inspection and in-process quality checks.
• Ensure production output meets daily target and quality requirements.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards in production area.
• Record production data and report abnormalities to supervisor.
• Support engineering for process improvement and trial runs.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronics / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• At least 1–4 years working experience in PCB / SMT / electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience in PCB depaneling machine operation is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of assembly process and production workflow.
• Ability to read simple technical drawings and work instructions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in shift if required.
