Job Description
Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials according to operational requirements, planning and ensuring adequate raw materials for production, managing logistics for domestic and international shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to support seamless operations.
Reports to the Procurement Manager or relevant department head.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or factory environments;
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, RFQ, purchase order processing, and supplier management.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and logistics, including SST exemption applications.
- Inventory management and planning to ensure uninterrupted production supply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus.
