Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and responsible SMT Line Technician to support daily SMT production line operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, machine setup, feeder management, and ensuring smooth production with high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. 2+ years of SMT production line experience, familiar with ASM pick-and-place machine operation procedures

2. Understands placement process parameters and can independently handle common equipment alarms and production anomalies

3. Possesses strong on-site problem-solving skills and can adapt to shift work on the production line   

4 Laser engraving machine, printing machine, pick-and-place machine, reflow soldering changeover;

5 Handling all production anomalies, such as feeder jamming/unstable feeding, nozzle blockage/wear, component recognition failure, placement misalignment/cold solder joint, ESD alarm, etc.; rapid response, temporary handling, root cause analysis, and permanent improvement to minimize downtime losses;

Qualifications

• Experience in machine setup and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of SPI / AOI inspection
• Experience in lead-free production process
• Ability to independently handle line abnormalities

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or above (Technical/Engineering background preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of SMT production experience (training provided for junior candidates)
• Familiar with SMT machines such as Yamaha, Panasonic, Fuji, ASM, etc. (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work shifts (if required)
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Good problem-solving skills
