Job Description

As an Events & Community Executive, you will be responsible for all elements from venue selection, vendor management, logistics coordination, to ensuring attendee satisfaction.

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to see behind the scenes of how we build, grow, and scale online businesses. Be part of a team that has made a significant impact in over 20+ countries, aiding individuals and businesses in their marketing efforts and empowering their growth!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Company in achieving monthly targets through engaging events, training, and programs.
  • Develop and manage communications plans for our diverse community to foster solid relationships, including moderating and nurturing our Facebook community.
  • Actively support customer queries, encourage participation in our events and digital programs, and handle follow-ups.
  • Travel to, and support customers during, live events. Be on the ground ensuring the smooth execution of the event.
  • Execute and support virtual events, ensuring a high-quality experience for all attendees.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and technical teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Handle venue selection, vendor negotiation, revenue tracking, and inventory management for physical events.
  • Coordinate logistics, from preparation of event materials to onsite setup and teardown.
  • Oversee the storage and distribution of materials, ensuring timely incoming and outgoing flow.
  • Generate post-event sales reports.

Job Requirements

  • Hold a BS/BA degree in Events, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using Gmail, Google Documents, and Google Drive.
  • Have the ability to craft compelling emails and social media posts to promote our events.
  • Be willing and able to travel and handle physical tasks.
  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and takes ownership your work.
