We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Illustrator to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and illustration, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual content that communicates our brand story. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience.

Job Requirements

Key Responsiblities:

• Develop creative design proposals, layouts, and illustrations that support product and brand storytelling.
• Create high-quality, original illustrations and integrate them into digital and print design projects.
• Work closely with the Creative and KAM teams to develop concepts that align with brand guidelines.
• Combine design elements into cohesive proposal layouts and final artworks.
• Support idea generation for campaigns, product branding, innovation initiatives, and marketing materials.
• Ensure designs meet client specifications and project requirements, conducting artwork checks for accuracy.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Illustration, Art & Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in the creative industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and illustrative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); motion graphics/animation skills are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and brand communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Continuously research industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance design quality.
