Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, surveys, and competitive analyses to uncover user needs, pain points and behavior.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to improve usability.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Build and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
- Perform usability tests, synthesize feedback and iterate designs rapidly.
- Ensure responsive and accessible design across multiple devices.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align designs with business goals, presenting rationale, trade-offs and research findings throughout the process.
What would you need?
- Experience: 3+ years designing digital products end-to-end.
- Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tools.
- Knowledge: Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), usability heuristics, and interaction patterns.
- Basic Coding: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Collaboration: Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating clear process, strong visuals and impact metrics.
