Job Description

We are looking for a fast, calm, and solution-oriented Parking Operations Control Centre Executive to be the first point of contact for all parking patrons across our network. In this role, you will be the central command hub — handling incoming calls, resolving issues in real time, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring every customer receives immediate assistance.

📞 Real-Time Customer Assistance (Core Role)

  • Answer all incoming calls from parking patrons promptly and professionally 
  • Provide immediate assistance for entry/exit issues, payment problems, and system errors 
  • Guide customers through solutions clearly and calmly 
  • Ensure every customer issue is acknowledged and resolved or escalated quickly 

🧭 Incident Handling & Coordination

  • Log all incidents accurately into the system 
  • Coordinate with on-site parking attendants and operations teams for immediate resolution 
  • Escalate critical issues (equipment failure, access issues, disputes) to supervisors or technical teams 
  • Monitor ongoing cases until full resolution is achieved 

🏢 Operational Support

  • Support live parking operations across multiple sites via control systems 
  • Assist in managing traffic flow issues, gate malfunctions, and enforcement coordination 
  • Communicate with field teams to ensure smooth site operations 

📊 Documentation & Reporting

  • Record all calls, complaints, and incidents in the system 
  • Maintain accurate service logs and case histories 
  • Support preparation of daily operational summaries and issue reports 
  • Identify recurring issues and highlight improvement opportunities  

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (clear, polite, and confident telephone manner) 
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure 
  • Customer service or call centre experience preferred (parking, logistics, or service industry is a plus) 
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly 
  • Comfortable working in shift-based operational environment 
  • Basic computer literacy and system handling ability
