Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Associate / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term customers. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships. The Client Acquisition Associate / Executive will play a key role in driving car park network and revenue growth and expanding our customer base.


Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, online research, and networking.
  • Use tools like CRM software, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads.
  1. Client Outreach:
  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Present the company’s products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
  1. Sales Conversion:
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to acquire new clients.
  1. Strategy Implementation:
  • Execute client acquisition strategies developed by the sales or marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.

 

  1. Relationship Management:
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., number of leads, conversion rates, revenue generated).
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve client acquisition processes.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Use insights to refine outreach strategies and improve results.

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT or a related field.
  • For Executive position, 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • For Associate position, fresh graduates or other entry-level candidates with strong potential are encourage to apply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and an outgoing character.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools will add advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the parking industry and property market is a plus.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Revenue generated from new clients.
  • Lead-to-client conversion rate.
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Client retention and satisfaction rates.

 Work Environment:

  • This role may involve a mix of office work and field work.
  • Travel is required for market survey and due diligence, leads generation, client meetings, networking events, or industry conferences.
