Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, online research, and networking.
- Use tools like CRM software, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads.
- Client Outreach:
- Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Present the company’s products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Sales Conversion:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to acquire new clients.
- Strategy Implementation:
- Execute client acquisition strategies developed by the sales or marketing team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.
- Relationship Management:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., number of leads, conversion rates, revenue generated).
- Provide insights and feedback to improve client acquisition processes.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Use insights to refine outreach strategies and improve results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT or a related field.
- For Executive position, 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- For Associate position, fresh graduates or other entry-level candidates with strong potential are encourage to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and an outgoing character.
- Proficiency in CRM tools will add advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the parking industry and property market is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Revenue generated from new clients.
- Lead-to-client conversion rate.
- Cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
Work Environment:
- This role may involve a mix of office work and field work.
- Travel is required for market survey and due diligence, leads generation, client meetings, networking events, or industry conferences.
