We are a parking operator managing multiple car park assets across strategic locations, and our mission is to maximize the value of every single parking bay we oversee. The core purpose of this role is to turn unused space into profitable opportunities through a mix of pricing strategy, marketing, and partnership building. You will be joining a highly driven and collaborative team, and your work will have a direct and measurable impact on our revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Pricing Strategy

• Conduct competitor parking rate surveys and market analysis to help us stay ahead of the curve.
• Design competitive and dynamic parking pricing structures so that we can maximize our yield.
• Develop parking products, such as season passes, hourly deals, and event rates, allowing you to diversify our offerings.
• Monitor occupancy trends and adjust strategies to improve revenue.

Business Growth & Partnerships

• Identify and secure corporate partnerships to help us drive consistent volume.
• Promote bulk parking bay arrangements, such as storage and fleet parking, turning empty spaces into reliable income.
• Develop proposals and negotiate commercial agreements to help us secure long-term value.
• Build a pipeline of potential clients for unused parking capacity so that we can maintain high occupancy.

Marketing & Demand Generation

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns for parking locations, allowing you to boost our visibility.
• Promote available parking spaces through digital channels to help us reach a wider audience.

Job Requirements
