We are looking for a dynamic Growth & Marketing Executive (Fresh Grads Welcome) to take ownership of our parking solutions and drive our revenue growth. You won't just be pushing paper—you will be running digital marketing campaigns, analyzing market data, and managing core products like our Season Passes to outsmart the competition.

🔥 What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

• Data-Driven Sales Strategy: You are our market scout. You will analyze competitor pricing, track our daily/weekly sales trends, and build Excel dashboards to recommend strategies that directly boost our revenue and Car Park Occupancy.
• Marketing & Digital Campaigns: Take the wheel on our marketing! You will plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns, managing everything from our social media content to physical promotional materials.
• Product & Operations Ownership: You will manage and optimize our core products (Season Passes, Value Passes). You will also work closely with the ground operations team to ensure your digital promotions run flawlessly on-site.
• Customer Retention: Build loyalty programs and onboarding initiatives that keep our customers engaged and increase their usage frequency.

Job Requirements

⚡ Who We Are Looking For

• The Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management. (Highly motivated Fresh Graduates with a hunger to learn are strongly encouraged to apply!)
• The Education: You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• The Analyst: You have strong analytical skills. You know how to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to turn raw data into actionable business insights.
• The Vibe: You are tech-savvy, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of your projects.
