 Job Summary

The Management Trainee will support the management team in conducting car park market surveys, collecting operational data, and assisting in analysis and reporting. This role is designed to develop hands-on knowledge in car park operations, market research, and business feasibility while preparing the trainee for future supervisory or management roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Car Park Market Survey

• Assist in conducting on-site market surveys for existing and potential car park locations
   
• Collect data on:
   
• Car park capacity, layout, and bay utilisation
   
• Peak and off-peak traffic patterns
   
• Entry and exit flow and accessibility
   
• Existing operators, pricing, and payment methods
   
• Customer usage behaviour and demand trends
   
• Take site photos, basic measurements, and observations
   
• Record findings accurately in survey templates
  

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Compile survey data into reports and simple presentations
   
• Assist in analysing market demand, pricing benchmarks, and feasibility
   
• Prepare summaries and recommendations for management review
   

3. Operations Exposure

• Support daily car park operations and site visits as assigned
   
• Assist in monitoring operational compliance and service standards
   
• Learn basic car park systems such as ANPR, access control, and payment platforms
   

4. Training & Development

• Participate in structured training programs and on-the-job learning
   
• Learn company SOPs, workflows, and reporting standards
   
• Support senior staff in training and site assessments

Job Requirements

 Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
   
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
   
• Interest in market research, operations, and fieldwork
   
• Basic analytical and reporting skills
   
• Good communication and observation skills
   
• Willing to travel for site visits
   
• Possess own motorbile (preferred)
