Job Description

This is not a typical design or admin role. You will be responsible for end-to-end setup of new parking projects—from initial planning and layout design, to on-site coordination, and final handover to the Operations team.You will also support ongoing operations through design of marketing materials and on-site signage.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Project Planning & Setup (Core Function)

• Plan and design new car park layouts using AutoCAD 
• Prepare superimposed drawings for setup proposals 
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers 
• Oversee site setup execution to ensure alignment with plans 
• Track progress and resolve issues during project implementation 
• Ensure smooth handover to Business Operations team 

🧭 Project Coordination & Execution

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and setup requirements 
• Liaise with municipal councils, partners, and vendors when required 
• Ensure all setup elements (signage, layout, systems) are properly implemented 
• Follow through projects until full completion 

🎨 Design & Visual Support (Day-to-Day Operations)

• Design flyers, buntings, and promotional materials 
• Create car park signages, notices, and wayfinding visuals 
• Ensure designs are practical, clear, and aligned with site requirements 

Job Requirements

  ⚡What We’re Looking For

• Basic to intermediate AutoCAD skills (layout planning is a must) 
• Ability to do superimpose / layout visualization 
• Skills in graphic design (Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva) 
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills 
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
• Willing to be involved in site visits and hands-on setup
