We are a parking operator managing multiple car park assets across strategic locations. We are looking for a Parking Revenue & Growth Executive who will take ownership of one key mission: Maximize occupancy and revenue by turning empty parking bays into profitable opportunities. This is a hybrid role combining pricing strategy, marketing activation, and partnership building.

šŸ“Š Revenue & Pricing Strategy

  • Conduct competitor parking rate surveys and market analysisĀ 
  • Design competitive and dynamic parking pricing structuresĀ 
  • Develop parking products (e.g. season passes, hourly deals, event rates)Ā 
  • Monitor occupancy trends and adjust strategies to improve revenueĀ 

šŸš— Business Growth (B2B Focus)

  • Identify and secure corporate partnershipsĀ 
  • Promote bulk parking bay arrangements (e.g. storage, fleet parking)Ā 
  • Develop proposals and negotiate commercial agreementsĀ 
  • Build pipeline of potential clients for unused parking capacityĀ

  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns for parking locationsĀ
