We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Assistant Manager / Executive (Penang Branch) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term customers. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships. The Business Development Assistant Manager / Executive will play a key role in driving car park network and revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, online research, and networking.</li>
<li>Use tools like CRM software, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads.</li>
</ul>
2. Client Outreach:

<li>Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.</li>
<li>Present the company’s products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner.</li>
</ul>
3. Sales Conversion:
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.</li>
<li>Negotiate terms and close deals to acquire new clients.</li>
</ul>
4. Strategy Implementation:
<ul>
<li>Execute client acquisition strategies developed by the sales or marketing team.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.</li>
