Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Executive with interdisciplinary experience in civil, electrical, and electronic engineering to coordinate and manage infrastructure, system implementation, and construction-related projects. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget — while complying with technical standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning &amp; Coordination:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil, electrical, and electronic system projects.</li>
<li>Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, technical specs, and reports.</li>
</ul>
Technical Oversight:
<ul>
<li>Review and validate technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and method statements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.</li>
<li>Assist in equipment selection, site layout planning, and system integration.</li>
</ul>
Monitoring &amp; Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status.</li>
<li>Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.</li>
</ul>

Procurement &amp; Budget Management:
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and procurement plans.</li>
<li>Evaluate vendor proposals and coordinate with procurement team for timely delivery.</li>
<li>Monitor cost against budget and recommend adjustments when necessary.</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder Management:
<ul>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.</li>
<li>Coordinate project meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.</li>
<li>Handle client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
</ul>
